Domestic US Shipping
When do my orders ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days. No orders ship on the weekends. Further, orders "filled" on Friday afternoon usually don't get picked up by the carrier until the following Monday.
**Please note that any and all "free domestic shipping" promos are for free domestic ground shipping and not priority shipping even if that comes up as an option at checkout.**
(We do not ship to P.O. BOXES)
How long does it take to receive my order?
USPS Standard shipping can take between 5-10 business days to reach you, depending upon your location relative to Southern California.
USPS Priority shipping takes between 2 and 5 days to reach you, depending upon your location relative to Southern California.
Can I leave shipping notes on my order for where to leave my package or other instructions for the carrier?
Unfortunately, when we create a shipping label with the USPS system, there's no place for us to add your specific delivery notes to their label. Further, there's no guarantee that USPS and their carrier would follow any instructions.
Please make sure you have provided a delivery address location that is secure because Lux de Ville is not responsible for wrongly delivered or stolen items. If this does occur, please follow up with USPS to file a claim with the carrier.
How do I track my order?
We will send tracking info to the email specified in your order when your items ship. If you have not received your tracking email, please check your SPAM folder.
Delayed or Suspected Lost/Stolen Shipment
Occasionally packages will be delayed or late in delivery.
We are not responsible for stolen or undeliverable packages.
Please frequently check the tracking information contained in your shipment notification for updates.
It is not the responsibility of Lux de Ville to track every item and we have no control over your order once it leaves our warehouse. If a shipment appears to be delayed, we strongly urge contacting either the carrier for assistance or your local post office to see if they can assist in locating your package. We cannot assist with shipping delays because the information needed to communicate with the carrier is held privately by you, the customer. If your local carrier or post office cannot locate your package, the next step is to contact USPS and submit a search request here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm

***Keep in mind, it is common for USPS to have incorrect or not updated info on a tracking number. USPS is the most cost-effective form of shipping, but their tracking isn't in real time like more expensive carriers. In our experience, it usually just takes a couple of days for a package to show up that has incorrect tracking info.***
We are not responsible for packages that show as delivered that are left outside your door, with a doorman or neighbor, or any other receiving party. Please arrange to have a secure means by which to receive your shipment before ordering.
We are also not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses, so please be sure to check your shipping address before submitting your order.
International Shipping
How long does it take to receive my order?
International parcels typically take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive, depending upon their destination relative to Southern California. In some cases, it can take longer.
Will I be charged customs fees?
Customs fees, tariffs, VAT taxes, etc. can and may be levied against international packages. We have no control over these charges, as they are subject to customs review and practices. Regretfully, we cannot mark outgoing shipments in a way that will attempt to prevent these charges, as doing so is unlawful. Any refused or returned packages will be refunded the item cost only.
