Poisonous purple doesn't match the handbags

Poisonous purple coffin wallet doesn't match the poisonus purple handbagshandbags. Now I'm stuck with a tacky mismatched set. Contacted support. Was told to pick another color, which I did over 2 weeks ago, and never received anything! Been rocking this brand for years, super disappointed with the lack of resolution. I never received the replacement black coffin wallet, emails have not been responded to.
