You don’t read your emails do you

The bag is excellent , the service was appalling , I asked before I ordered if it would get here for Christmas as it was a present, you assured me it would be so I ordered in good faith. Your order didn’t even leave California for another 8 days . By the time it got to me here in England it was the 27th December, I feel very let down and annoyed by the fact that if it was sent when ordered it would of got here on time
