Lux de Ville return policy

*We must have information from your original invoice so please hang onto that baby!
*You must obtain a return authorization number from Lux de Ville before returning merchandise. Please email us at email@luxdeville.com or contact by phone at 714 777 5579
*When exchanging, you will be charged for the new selection of merchandise and then credited for the return merchandise after we receive it.
*We do not reimburse for the original shipping charges on returns and exchanges.
*Lux de Ville must return the merchandise within 14 days of original purchase.
*PLEASE!!!!! Do not send back used and abused items and expect us to exchange or return them for something new...it just belittles us both and creates bad karma.

  1. Do you wish to exchange or return?
  2. Reason for the return or exchange?
  3. What are the items and what are their item numbers (located on your invoice)?
  4. If exchanging, what new items do you want?
  5. What is the first and last name on your invoice?

*Return and exchanges may take 2 to 3 weeks depending on availability
*If you live outside the United States we cannot reimburse you for original shipping charges or send a return shipping label. We encourage you to use any shipping method that has a tracking system to avoid lost merchandise.
*Additionally if you do live outside the continental United States there may be additional fees, charged by the customs office in your country once the product has been exchanged and reshipped to you. Lux de Ville will not assume responsibility for these fees nor can we reimburse you for any fees incurred.
